JWC Consulting Group was set up on the basis of Shanghai Jin Wei Commercial Development Co. Ltd. which was registered by Shanghai Industry and Commercial Management Bureau of China on April 1,1997 and gradually set up Overseas Canada Immigration Consulting Company and China's Investments Consulting Company.

JWC Consulting Group is operating respectively under the name of JWC Consulting Inc in BC, Canada and JWC Consulting Investment Consulting Co. Ltd in Shanghai, China according to different demands of management. The core business of JWC Group Investment and Immigration Company is to provide professional investment immigration consulting services and visa service of North American countries of Canada and U.S.A.

JWC Group & Investment Consulting Company's core business also include China and North America's various investment opportunities consulting service and industries investment consulting services.

JWC Investment Immigration Inc. is the abbreviation of North America Company operation and the trade name of JWC Consulting.

The founder of JWC Consulting Goup, Raymond Li Jin Wei was born in 1956. Mr. Li is a famous scholar and sociologist, senior immigration law expert who received his B.A. and Economics Master Degree from the prestigious East China Normal University. Now Mr. Raymond Li is the president and senior consultant of JWC Consulting Inc. Mr. Raymond Li has been the member of China's International Public Relations Association and was listed in "China's Experts Dictionary" Volume 10. His maiden work was 'Retail Sales Staff Should Learn A Little Foreign Language" (1978 Liberation Forum), and his representative works and thesis include the Encyclopedia of Foreign Affairs (Chief Editor, 1,250,000 Chinese words, 1992) and Practicing Encyclopedia of Foreign Affairs (Chief Editor, 1,800,000 Chinese words, 1999)also within this book, on Chinese historically, there were three top National Leaders written words to this Encyclopedia by Raymond Li,Jinwei they were Lu Jiaxi who was the Vice-Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National Peoples's Congress (NPC) Jiang Zhenghua who is the Vice-Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and Wu Xueqian, who was Minister of Chinese Foreign Affairs Ministry and Vice-Chairman of The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). His main thesis and works include "Asia's New Booming Security Market", "China's Stock Market Supervision Theory", "Solution to problems of Corporate Shares".
