From June 15, 2002, Shanghai conducted
a new policy which let foreigners come to Shanghai as permanent resident.
If you hold this kind of visa, you can live in Shanghai from 1 year
to 5 years and every treatment is very like Shanghai resident, such
as: Social Insurance System for medical care, set up your firm, send
your children to school, you can be employed by companies or institutions.
This policy is according to your age, education, background, working
experiences, got position by some employer, your company family members,
index of talent. If you will get enough marks, you can get the different
time visa, at present you can at most get 5 years long term visa. |
